The State of Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife has developed a mobile application for Citizen Scientist. The application is useful for tracking bird species, fisheries and the environment on an easy to use mobile platform. This presentation will walk the audience through the Timmons Group process of persona creation, prioritization and user interface development.
