Rainey Carlin

Rainey Carlin is a recent graduate of the GIS Certificate program at University of Washington in Tacoma and the Data & Solutions Analyst for the Homeless Outreach team and the Tacoma Gang Prevention Initiative team, Rising Above the Influence (R.A.I.N), at Comprehensive Life Resources in Tacoma, Washington. Rainey is also a graduate of University of California in Davis with a Bachelor’s in Environmental Toxicology. Since becoming a resident of Washington five years ago, Rainey and her wife, Valerie, a local veterinarian, have settled in Tacoma with their dog, Benson, and box turtle, Killer, and are foster parents of infants and toddlers.
